Dancing is my therapy
Everything we do in my class, from cardio to strength training, is set to an incredible, motivating playlist. The music leads the class, and the endorphin rush created by pairing our movements to the beat is like no other. Challenge your mind-body connection by absorbing the choreography, and enjoy the exhilarating payoff when everything clicks into place. You’ll leaving dripping in sweat with every muscle group challenged and endorphins for days!
If you’re new to dance cardio, you will be amazed with the results when you integrate 360 degrees of your body through thoughtful, intentional movement instead of one repetitive forward motion. It’s as addictive as it is effective. Dancing gets us out of our heads and present in our bodies. When we get down to the mat we feed off the energy in the room to power through full body strength training and restorative stretches. When you leave my class you will feel energized, never drained. I call it dance therapy.
